Account and Platform Management When we are entrusted with the management of digital accounts, pages, or platforms: The Client undertakes to provide the required access permissions or credentials in a secure manner. Ownership of the accounts remains with the Client, unless otherwise agreed upon. GMINX shall not be held liable for any issues predating the commencement of management, or for any issues resulting from prior violations associated with the account.
11. Content and Designs All materials produced on behalf of the Client shall be restricted to the agreed scope of use. The Client undertakes to ensure that they possess the necessary usage rights for any materials, text, or images provided to us. GMINX assumes no liability for any legal claims arising from materials provided by the Client without clear usage rights. The Agency reserves the right to showcase selected completed works within its portfolio or for marketing purposes, unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in advance.
12. Subscriptions and Digital Tools In the event that services involving the sale or provision of subscriptions or digital tools are offered: The availability of certain tools or subscriptions is subject to feasibility and actual availability at the time of the order. Some services or subscriptions may be contingent upon the policies of third-party service providers. GMINX shall not be held liable for any changes to a tool’s policy, its discontinuation, or any modifications to its features made by its proprietary owner.
